The streetfit health and wellbeing programme is designed to improve the physical and mental health of participants. The combination of a sustainable and empowering fitness programme suitable for people of all ages and backgrounds complemented with personal and social development opportunities aims to empower participants in relation to their physical health and wellbeing. It is a flexible model suitable for children aged 5 years and over as well as adults, male and female, regardless of previous experience of exercise. The programme is designed to educate participants in attractive physical activity and lifestyles regardless of their situations and circumstances.

Sustainable Fitness Programme

The sustainable fitness programme is designed to improve the general health of participants. The users are empowered to continue the exercises long-term through the provision of knowledge and practical resources. The programme has been designed to demonstrate the physical benefits that can be achieved at no cost, where the exercises can be performed in the privacy of the home, garden or local park.

For Everyone

There are many different kinds of exercises included. Children (over 5 years) and older people can perform the exercises, while advanced athletes can test their abilities with a variety of exercises.

No Cost

You can accomplish many personal benefits without any major equipment and it can turn out to be cheaper and more successful than any other workout regime.

Flexible

You can perform the exercises in the privacy of your own home or outside in your local community. Alternatively, you can use a friend or family member to act as training partners in order to increase your motivation.

Healthy Living

Street Soccer Academy’s “A Guide to Healthy Living’ covers various topics, which target fundamental issues prevalent in the lives of the participants. The aim is to reduce the likelihood of continued negative behavioural patterns. Group based discussion and individual based exercises challenge the perspectives of the participants and aims to effect long-term positive change in their lives. Units covered include:
