It is a flexible model suitable for children aged 5 years and over as well as adults, male and female, regardless of previous experience of exercise. Sustainable Fitness Programme
The sustainable fitness programme is designed to improve the general health of participants. The users are empowered to continue the exercises long-term through the provision of knowledge and practical resources. The programme has been designed to demonstrate the physical benefits that can be achieved at no cost, where the exercises can be performed in the privacy of the home, garden or local park.
There are many different kinds of exercises included. Children (over 5 years) and older people can perform the exercises, while advanced athletes can test their abilities with a variety of exercises.
You can accomplish many personal benefits without any major equipment and it can turn out to be cheaper and more successful than any other workout regime.
You can perform the exercises in the privacy of your own home or outside in your local community. Alternatively, you can use a friend or family member to act as training partners in order to increase your motivation.
Street Soccer Academy’s “A Guide to Healthy Living’ covers various topics, which target fundamental issues prevalent in the lives of the participants. The aim is to reduce the likelihood of continued negative behavioural patterns.
